Supportive Living Program

WHAT IS SUPPORTIVE LIVING?

The Atrium at Asbury GardensAsbury Court is part of a program in the State of Illinois called the Supportive Living Program. This program is designed to promote independence, dignity, respect and well-being for residents in a cost-effective manner.

Depending on an individual's financial and health status, Medicaid will reimburse Asbury Retirement Communities for a qualifying resident's cost of service in the Supportive Living Facility (SLF). All residents have the security and peace of mind that they will never have to move out due to depletion of savings. Residents of this program participate in their personal service plan, they control their own lives.
